Tips:
. The product should act for 40 minutes on colored, bleached, and chemically treated hair, and 60 minutes on
natural hair.
. The flat iron temperature should be 180°C for colored, blonde, and damaged hair, and 190°C to 200°C for
natural hair.
. Flat iron strand by strand 10 to 15 times; thinner strands yield better results.
. The flat iron should be passed more times at the roots and fewer times at the ends.
. Use the Royal Bee maintenance line for long-lasting straightening results.

Straightening:
1) Wash hair.
2) Dry up to 80%.
3) Divide hair into 4 sections, apply Royal Bee Straightening Protein 1 cm away from the scalp,
leave on for 40 – 60 minutes, align the strands with a fine-tooth comb every 10 minutes.
4) Rinse hair thoroughly.
5) Dry hair until completely dry and flat iron strand by strand.
6) Finish and style hair as desired.

Botox Effect:
1) Wash hair.
2) Dry hair 80% and divide into 4 sections.
3) Apply Royal Bee Straightening Protein 1 cm from the scalp, leave on for 30 minutes; align the
strands by combing every 10 minutes.
4) Rinse hair thoroughly.
5) Dry and style hair as desired.

Mechanism of action:
Glyoxylic acid is an organic acid derived from the tricarboxylic acid cycle. When applied to the hair, this acid causes the hair to "swell" and open the cuticles, thus facilitating the entry of any product. This more penetrating action provided by the acid occurs because glyoxylic acid, upon contact with the hair, in addition to opening the cuticles, penetrates the cortex and breaks several cystine bridges (by releasing aldehydes) and consequently sulfur bonds (or disulfides). This causes the hair fiber to undergo a transformation, leaving it straight.
Then, to complement the function, melittin penetrates the hair, which has already been modified by glyoxylic acid, and enhances the straightening process, thanks to its high degree of emollience and malleability, resulting in silky, soft, and straight hair.
