Shipping Policy

Order Shipping

Lowell orders are processed and shipped from Portugal, with an average lead time of 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made through carriers DPD or Correos Express, with a tracking number available to monitor the shipment.

Delivery Times

• Portugal and Spain (Iberian Peninsula): 1–2 business days
• Rest of Europe: up to 7 business days

The period starts counting after the order is processed.
Orders placed and paid by 12 PM are generally shipped on the same business day.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping for orders over 30€ for Portugal and Mainland Spain.
• Orders below this amount will have applicable shipping costs, informed at checkout.

International Orders

We ship to all European Union countries.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within a maximum of 72 hours after delivery, sending photographs of the condition of the packaging/product.
After verification, you can choose between a full refund or free reshipment.
