These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Lowell online store, covering the purchase process, delivery, returns, and after-sales support, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European legislation, namely:

3. Products and Prices
The products presented on the website are original products of the Lowell brand.
Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT at the current legal rate.
Lowell reserves the right to update prices and campaigns without prior notice, with the value displayed at the time of purchase always being applied.
4. Orders and Payments
The customer must ensure that all data provided at checkout is true and complete.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation, made using the methods available on the website.

5. Right of Free Resolution and Returns
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of free resolution after receiving the order.
